A 50/50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from our Lot 31 vineyard planted in 1978. Full malolactic fermentation took place in older French, Canadian and American oak cooperage during the 14 months of barrel ageing. Full bodied and very dry , begging for a hearty stew or roast.
